We've got 4 more exciting days of sneek peeks so please stick around. They are 3 more amazing sets with Mazie so you don't want to miss those and remember there is blog candy which will be announced really soon for the daily winners so stayed tuned for that!

Ok can I get 3 hip hip horrays for Beach Mazie!!! Wasn't she just the coolest chick on the beach?!?! Don't forget if you want to purchase her get on over to shirleys2girls on July 30th at midnight when they go on sale!

Now on to day 4 business...I think our hint from yesterday was hmmm "Love not War!" Are you ready for the next sneek peek? Well let's introduce to you one groovy DOG......

PEACE DOG!

Ready to see some samples? I made something a little different this time. I made an item that I call a "memory canvas". I took an 8x10 artist canvas and designed it to look like a groovy shirt and skirt. Here's how I designed it. I painted my canvas a groovy green. I gathered a small piece of demin fabric to make my hippie skirt and used some 60's fabrics that I purchased at Hancock to make my belt and shoulder straps. I stapled the skirt in place and glued on the belt. The picutre doesn't show it very well but the belt is fringed on the ends. I then stapled the straps to the canvas and add a children's hanger so that it could easily be hung on the wall. Got all that so far....LOL!!! I know it's alot and once I completed the look that I wanted I added my stamped images and places to hold photographs onto the canvas. I used some foam flowers with some paper flowers and rhinestones to cover my staples on the straps. The canvas can hold 2 special groovy photos of your favorite friends. This little item came out soooooo soooo cute I think. Hope ya'll like it. So here's the pictures of it. If you would like any details on how to make this, just send me an email.

I also did a card for a SCS Wednesday Sketch Challenge (SC237) using Peace Dog. I used some of the new DP that S2G is offering with the Mazie line! I paired it up with the new Crushed Curry from SU and added some black. He's colored with copics and cut out to give it some dimension. I just love this dang DOG, don't you??!!

I hope that you are loving day #4 of shirleys2girls Sneek Peeks! Wanna see more...
well then head on over to
