Bring on the SPRING....NO MORE SNOW

Ok... I'm about done with WINTER! OMG we had another 6 inches of snow this past Sunday. We've had 4 really BIG snow storms here in TEXAS. What the heck is going on??? I"m so ready for Tulips and SPRINGTIME!

Ok enough of my whining...LOL! We've got a fun challenge for you this week over at Shirleys2Girls. The Twisted Thursday Challenge this week is to use BUTTONS on your card or project. I just love using buttons.  Don't you??? Ok to play along all you have to do is link up your card over at the Twisted Thursday Challenge Blog! Here is my card for this week. I'm also playing along with the Wednesday Sketch Challenge over at SCS.  That is where my sketch came from. I love pinks/blacks/greens together so I found some fun DP in my staff and matched my solids to it. I used a cute little bunny from over at Shirleys2girls Webstore called BUNNY HOP! I cut him out and popped him up over my circle. I used one of the cuttlebug embossing folders that matched my DP perfectly! I then added my button with some white thread to dress them up a bit. I hope you enjoyed my card today!

Spring in the AIR!

I don't know about you guys but I am so ready for some spring weather. This cold is just for the birds! LOL!

This week I've got a beautiful Flower Pot card to share with you along with the Twisted Thursday Challenge over at Shirleys2Girls.

First we'll start with the details for the Twisted Thursday Challenge. All you have to do to play along with the DT this week is follow the wild and crazy TWIST. This week the twist is to use PASTELS on your project. Easy Peasy! Right! Can't wait to see you play along with us. Ready for my Flower Pot card???? The tutorial came from Stephanie Luman so you can check it out. What a great Mothers Day or anyday card for that special person in your life! I just love how mine came out. Easy to make too. I used an image called Easter Bonnet from Shirleys2Girls. This is such a fun image to color! I broke out my cricut to cut all of my flowers in lime green, lavender, orange and white.  The fun thing about this card is that the flower piece pulls out for a card.

Twisted Thursday #46 - Did someone say FREE DIGI???

Did you love the Alice in Wonderland release last week? What awesome images and lots of great eye candy for the DT!

I will be showing you my project using the QUEEN of HEARTS. I love this image. So much you can do with her. I decided to make a card along with a cute little crown box to use as a gift holder. I used some yummy DP by S2G along with a new MS punch that I found at Michael's with a 50% off coupon. How fab is that! It's a princess crown punch. As soon as I saw it I knew this was one for my collection. It goes so well with my Queen of Hearts don't you think???
